Job Position: General Labor

Location: Mooresville, IN 46158

Pay Rate: $18.00/hr

Hours: B Shift - 6:00 am to 6:30 pm

Days: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

Requirements:

• Able to use and be trained to use a variety of work equipment.

• Ability to read and interpret work instructions and quality documents.

• Must be detail-oriented to ensure the quality of the assembled product.

• Regular scheduled attendance is crucial.

• Must be a team player and willing to work in a diverse work environment.

• Must be able to walk and stand up for the full 8-hour shift.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs self-lifting and up to 75 lbs partner lifting

• Open to crosstraining

What We’re Looking For

• Basic computer skills (data entry, email, simple software use)

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Basic English communication skills (verbal & written)

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to retain and follow instructions carefully

• Physical ability to move, lift, and organize boxes (up to 50 lbs)

• Able to stand for a full 8-hour shift

• Attendance is extremely important

• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment (may be noisy at times)

• Previous experience in warehousing, manufacturing, or logistics preferred
