We’re hiring Equipment Operators to support warehouse operations in Plainfield, IN. In this role, you’ll safely operate material handling equipment to move, stage, and organize products in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. What You’ll Do

• Safely operate warehouse equipment to transport and stage products

• Load and unload trailers accurately and efficiently

• Put away and retrieve materials from warehouse racking systems

• Perform daily equipment inspections and report any issues

• Maintain productivity and accuracy standards

• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines, including GMP requirements

• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What We’re Looking For

• Experience operating warehouse equipment (Clamp Truck, Dock Stocker, Turret/VNA, Sit-Down Forklift)

• Approximately 80% English proficiency

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow step-by-step instructions

• Ability to stand for extended periods, including 12-hour shifts

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity expectations
