About the Role

We’re hiring Equipment Operators to support warehouse operations in Plainfield, IN. In this role, you’ll safely operate material handling equipment to move, stage, and organize products throughout the facility. What You’ll Do

• Safely operate warehouse equipment to transport and stage products

• Load and unload trailers accurately and efficiently

• Put away and retrieve materials from warehouse racking systems

• Perform daily equipment inspections and report any issues

• Maintain productivity and accuracy standards throughout each shift

• Follow all safety procedures, company guidelines, and GMP requirements

• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed to support operations

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What We’re Looking For

• Experience operating warehouse equipment (Clamp Truck, Dock Stocker, Turret/VNA, Sit-Down Forklift)

• Approximately 80% English proficiency

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow step-by-step instructions

• Ability to stand for extended periods, including 12-hour shifts

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity expectations
