Job Title: Injection Molding Operator

Pay Rate: $16.00 - $16.50/hour

Location: Edinburgh, IN

About the Role

The Injection Molding Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring molding machines to produce high-quality plastic products. This role requires attention to detail, ability to maintain production pace, and commitment to safety and quality standards.

What You’ll Do

• Operate injection molding machines safely and efficiently

• Inspect parts for defects and ensure quality standards are met

• Trim, assemble, and package finished products

• Accurately count parts and document production numbers

• Maintain clean and organized work area

• Follow all safety policies and procedures

• Notify supervisor of machine issues or production concerns

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to communicate and comprehend English

• Ability to stand for entire shift

• Ability to lift up to 30–40 lbs as needed

• Strong attention to detail

• Must maintain production pace

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred but not required

Shift

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
