Job Title: Injection Molding Operator
Pay Rate: $16.00–$16.80/hour

About the Role

We’re hiring Injection Molding Operators to join our team in Edinburgh, IN. In this role, you’ll operate and monitor injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic products. This position is a great fit for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and able to maintain a steady production pace while following safety and quality standards.

What You’ll Do

• Operate injection molding machines safely and efficiently

• Monitor machines throughout the production process

• Inspect finished parts for defects and ensure quality standards are met

• Trim, assemble, and package finished products

• Accurately count parts and document production numbers

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all safety policies and procedures

• Notify supervisors of machine issues or production concerns

• Maintain production pace throughout the shift

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to communicate and comprehend English

• Ability to stand for the entire shift

• Ability to lift up to 30–40 lbs. as needed

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to maintain production pace

• Dependable and safety-focused

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred but not required

Shift

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM–10:30 PM

• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM–6:30 AM
