Job Title: Sit-Down Forklift Driver
Pay Rate: $16.00/hour
Location: Fishers, IN

About the Role

We’re hiring Sit-Down Forklift Drivers to support warehouse operations in Fishers, IN. In this role, you’ll move materials within a plastic pallet pooling system while ensuring safe and efficient handling of products. This is a great opportunity for dependable individuals ready to work in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Operate a sit-down forklift to transport materials safely and efficiently

• Load and unload shipments from trucks and trailers

• Move materials between storage areas, production lines, and loading docks

• Perform daily equipment inspections and report any issues

• Assist with inventory control and cycle counts

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Support general warehouse tasks as needed

• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

What We’re Looking For

• Previous sit-down forklift experience required

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds as needed

• English or bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

• Willingness to cross-train in different areas

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to safety and reliability
