ICDC C Shift Sit Down Forklift

Job Title: Sit Down Forklift Driver
Pay Rate: $18.50/hour
Location: Plainfield, IN

About the Role

We’re hiring Sit-Down Forklift Operators to support warehouse operations in Indianapolis, IN. In this role, you’ll be responsible for moving product throughout the facility, unloading trailers, and supporting shipping and receiving functions. This is a great opportunity for dependable individuals who can work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do

• Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently

• Load and unload product from trailers

• Move and stage materials throughout the warehouse

• Use RF scanners to track and manage inventory

• Assist with shipping and receiving operations

• Lift up to 50 pounds as needed throughout the shift

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Perform additional duties, including cleaning tasks and overtime as needed

• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to read and recognize location labels, dates, and product codes

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Dependable and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Effective time management and follow-up abilities

• Previous forklift experience preferred

• Ability to meet productivity and safety expectations
