Job Title: Lead Sit-Down Forklift Driver
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
Location: Fishers, IN

About the Role

We’re hiring a Lead Sit-Down Forklift Driver to support warehouse operations in Fishers, IN. In this role, you’ll combine hands-on equipment operation with team leadership responsibilities, helping guide daily workflow, support team members, and ensure efficient and accurate material movement throughout the facility.

What You’ll Do

• Operate sit-down forklifts to move materials safely and efficiently

• Lead, train, and support forklift operators and warehouse associates

• Assign daily tasks and coordinate workflow to meet production and shipping goals

• Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and company guidelines

• Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs

• Monitor team performance and provide coaching and support

• Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and material tracking

• Communicate with supervisors and other departments to support daily operations

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience operating sit-down forklifts

• Previous leadership or team lead experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

• Ability to lift and move materials as needed

• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to lead by example and support team productivity
