Pay Rate: $17.00/hour

About the Role

We’re hiring Assemblers to join a growing manufacturing team in Muncie, IN. In this role, you’ll assemble metal parts and products using a variety of tools and equipment while ensuring quality and efficiency in a team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do

• Assemble fabricated metal parts and products according to instructions

• Use hand tools and machinery to build or repair components

• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards

• Identify defective parts and report issues to supervisors

• Follow blueprints or basic engineering instructions as needed

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to follow directions and work well in a team environment

• Basic ability to read and understand instructions or blueprints

• Willingness to learn production equipment and processes

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to follow all safety procedures
