Job Title: CNC Operator
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour and up (based on experience)
Location: Muncie, IN
About the Role
We’re hiring CNC Operators to join a growing manufacturing team in Muncie, IN. In this role, you’ll operate and set up CNC machines to support the production of hydraulic pumps while ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
Operate CNC machines according to specifications and work instructions
Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings
Set up machines, including selecting and securing tools and fixtures
Monitor machine performance and ensure quality standards are met
Use measuring tools such as gauges, calipers, and micrometers
Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain accuracy
Run multiple machines simultaneously when required
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
What We’re Looking For
Experience operating CNC machines preferred
Strong understanding of machine mechanics and tooling
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and follow written instructions
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Comfort working in a noisy, fast-paced environment
Ability to lift up to 15 pounds as needed
Ability to bend, squat, stretch, and move around machinery
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
