About the Role
We are currently hiring Landscaping Laborers to support commercial and residential property maintenance in the Westfield area. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a reliable team. No prior experience is required—training will be provided.

What You’ll Do
• Perform general landscaping and grounds maintenance
• Mow lawns, trim edges, and maintain grass areas
• Plant flowers, shrubs, and trees
• Remove weeds, debris, and maintain clean outdoor spaces
• Operate equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers
• Assist with seasonal tasks like mulch installation and leaf removal
• Load and unload tools and landscaping materials
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment

What We’re Looking For
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable transportation to the job site
• Dependable and able to show up on time
• Comfortable working in a team environment
• Previous landscaping experience is a plus, but not required
