About the Role

We’re hiring Machine Operators to support metal fabrication production on the east side of Indianapolis. In this role, you’ll operate and assist with production machinery, help maximize output of quality fabricated parts, and contribute to a safe and efficient manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity to join a small, employee-driven company with room for growth.

What You’ll Do

Operate production machines as needed

Assist with machine setup and operation

Maximize output of quality fabricated metal parts based on production schedules

Identify opportunities to improve fabrication methods and increase production

Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment

What We’re Looking For

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and operate machinery for extended periods

Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with noise and coolants

Willingness to work overtime and flexible hours during peak production

High school diploma or GED required

Forklift experience is a plus

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
