Job Title: Order Picker
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
Location: Whitestown, Indiana

About the Role

We’re hiring Order Pickers to support warehouse operations in Whitestown, IN. In this role, you’ll safely operate a cherry picker/order picker forklift to accurately pick, verify, and stage orders. This is a great opportunity for dependable individuals who are detail-oriented and comfortable working in a structured, fast-paced warehouse environment.

What You’ll Do

• Safely operate a cherry picker/order picker forklift

• Pick, verify, and stage orders based on pick tickets

• Perform daily equipment inspections

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Meet productivity and accuracy standards

• Assist with inventory counts, restocking, and general warehouse duties as needed

• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Minimum 2 years of cherry picker/order picker forklift experience

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Comfort working at heights

• Ability to follow instructions and maintain productivity standards
