Bilingual Team lead

Description: Job Title: Team Lead
Pay Rate: $21.00/hr
Location: Indianapolis, IN 46226

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, motivate a team of warehouse associates to achieve daily operational goals
•Conduct regular team meetings to communicate expectations, updates, and performance feedback
•Provide training and development opportunities for team members
•Coordinate and monitor warehouse team activities to ensure efficient workflow
•Ensure proper handling and storage of goods to maintain quality and prevent damage
•Oversee accurate picking, packing, and timely shipping of orders
•Ensure compliance with health, safety, and warehouse policies
•Lead assigned personnel to meet productivity and efficiency targets
•Resolve day-today operational issues and complete assigned tasks
•Operate sit-down forklift as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
•Proven experience as a Team Lead in a warehouse environment
•Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word preferred)
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
•Ability to work independently and make decisions autonomously
•Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
•Production/manufacturing experience preferred
•Ability to read, preform basic math, and follow written and verbal instructions in English for safety purposes
•Resume required with Team Lead Experience clearly listed
