Pay Rate: $24.42/hour

About the Role

We’re hiring Inspection Associates to join our team in Lafayette, IN. In this role, you’ll perform quality inspections on machined components to ensure they meet required specifications. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented and take pride in maintaining high quality standards in a manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do

• Perform inspections using go/no-go thread plug gauges on machined components

• Inspect each part and accurately record pass/fail results in a shared system

• Follow established quality control procedures and standards

• Maintain accuracy and consistency in inspection reporting

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What We’re Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects

• Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting

• Ability to follow instructions and quality procedures

• Dependable with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
