Job Title: Inventory Control Specialist
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
Location: Greenfield, IN

We’re hiring an Inventory Control Specialist to support warehouse operations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, executing cycle counts, and ensuring all inventory control procedures are followed. What You’ll Do
Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels
Ensure physical inventory aligns with system records
Execute cycle count plans accurately and on schedule
Compile and analyze inventory control reports
Research and resolve inventory discrepancies
Assist with inventory control training for team members
Participate in audits, stress tests, and wall-to-wall inventory counts
Maintain real-time awareness of inventory accuracy
Support leadership in enforcing inventory procedures and compliance
Operate warehouse equipment including Cherry Picker and related machinery
Perform additional duties as assigned
Occasionally lift and/or move materials as required
Bend, twist, turn, kneel, and squat as needed
Stand and/or walk for extended periods on warehouse flooring
Use hands and fingers to handle equipment and materials
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory control or quality control
Cherry Picker experience required
Strong math skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Ability to work occasional weekends as needed
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Ability to follow all safety procedures and guidelines
