Job Title: Cabinet Maker (Woodworking Associate)
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
Location: Anderson, IN

About the Role:
We are hiring a Woodworking Associate to support the production of high-quality cabinetry in a hands-on manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone with construction or woodworking experience who enjoys working with tools and building products with precision and craftsmanship.

What You’ll Do:
• Verify dimensions and inspect materials to ensure quality and proper fit
• Measure and mark materials based on blueprints and specifications
• Set up and operate woodworking machines (saws, jointers, sanders, molders, etc.)
• Cut, shape, and assemble wood components into finished products
• Attach parts using glue, screws, nails, and other fasteners
• Install hardware such as hinges, handles, and drawer pulls
• Sand, trim, and prepare surfaces for finishing
• Match materials by color, grain, and texture
• Repair, alter, or construct wood structures such as cabinets, doors, and frames
• Maintain and service tools and equipment
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace

What We’re Looking For
• Previous construction or woodworking experience required
• Ability to read and follow blueprints or measurements
• Comfortable using hand tools and woodworking machinery
• Ability to lift, push, and pull materials as needed
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
