About the Role:

We’re hiring Press Operators to support plastic molding production in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. In this role, you’ll work with resin materials to mold and finish cooling fan blades, ensuring quality and consistency throughout the production process. This is a great opportunity to join a small company offering hands-on experience and long-term potential through a temp-to-hire opportunity.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate press machines to mold plastic fan blades

• Soak material bundles in resin and place them into molds

• Monitor press cycles and remove finished products

• Trim excess material (flashing) from molded blades

• Use rotary sanders and hand tools to smooth edges and surfaces

• Assist with cleaning and preparing products for assembly

• Perform general production duties as assigned

• Stand for extended periods during shift

• Frequently lift up to 15 pounds

• Work in an environment with strong plastic odors

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE
