Job Title: Crew Member (Sign Installation)
Pay Rate: $22.00/hour
Location: Lafayette, IN (with travel required)

About the Role:
We’re hiring Crew Members to support signage installation projects for retail locations across Indiana and surrounding states. In this role, you’ll assist with installing signage in stores, working both locally and traveling throughout the week. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, travel, and working in a team environment.

What You’ll Do:
• Install signage (foam core; light lifting required)
• Operate scissor lifts/manlifts (up to 25 ft)
• Use basic tools such as levels and battery drills
• Complete installations during store hours while maintaining professionalism
• Travel to multiple store locations (2–3 installs per day)
• Work closely with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely

What We’re Looking For:
• Mechanically inclined or “handyman-type” experience
• Construction or general labor experience (entry-level accepted)
• Farming, automotive, or other hands-on background preferred
• Strong focus on quality, safety, and professionalism
• Ability to travel during the week (overnight stays required)
• Basic English communication skills

Shift / Project Details:
• Project Length: 5 weeks
• Schedule: Monday–Friday (early starts around 7:00–8:00 AM)
• Hours: Typically 10-hour days (overtime common)
• Daily Scope: 2–3 store installations per day
• Travel: Starts in Lafayette, then travel required throughout the week

Screening Requirements:
• Background check (felony friendly; no violent or sexual offenses)
• Drug screen required prior to start
