Job Title: Asphalt Operators
Pay Rate: $25.00 – $30.00/hour (based on experience)
Location: Fishers, IN

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Asphalt Operator / Laborer to join a growing team. In this role, you will support paving projects across roads, parking lots, and pathways while working in a fast-paced, team-driven outdoor environment. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on, physical work and are looking to grow within a well-established company.

What You’ll Do
• Operate asphalt paving equipment and machinery
• Assist with paving on roads, parking lots, and pathways
• Perform general labor tasks (shoveling, raking, leveling asphalt)
• Support site preparation and job site clean-up
• Follow all safety procedures and traffic regulations
• Work closely with team members to complete projects efficiently
• Maintain equipment and report any issues

What We’re Looking For
• Previous asphalt paving or equipment operation experience preferred
• Fully bilingual (English/Spanish) required
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding work
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Attention to detail and safety awareness

Shift
• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday
• Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (schedule may extend beyond 3:30 PM based on project needs)
• Saturdays required during peak season
