Job Title: Sit-Down Forklift Operator
Location: Anderson, IN
Pay Rate: $17.75/hr

About the Role:
Morales Group is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Sit-Down Forklift Operator for a warehouse in Anderson, IN. This position is primarily operating a forklift on the dock (no trailer work) and requires individuals who are comfortable working in a consistently cold environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who prefers steady forklift work in a dock setting and is prepared for colder temperatures throughout the shift.

What You'll Do:

• Operate a sit-down forklift on the dock to move and stage materials

• Load and unload product in designated dock areas (no trailer entry required)

• Transport materials safely and efficiently within the facility

• Perform inventory movement and staging

• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines

• Complete daily forklift inspections and report any issues
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous sit-down forklift experience required

• Ability and willingness to work in a cold environment for the full shift

• Strong attention to safety and detail

• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed

• Steel-toe boots required
