About the Role

Looking for dependable work with a team that values reliability, consistency, and hard work? We are hiring Cell Workers to support our Ecoat production line in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys staying active throughout the shift, working with a team, and learning manufacturing processes. No advanced experience required — we provide training for motivated individuals willing to learn and work safely.

What You’ll Do

• Hang parts according to work instructions and production requirements

• Read inventory and hang tags to identify parts and specifications

• Inspect incoming parts for visible quality concerns

• Communicate with supervisors and team leaders as needed

• Maintain consistent production pace and attendance

• Work closely with team members to keep production flowing smoothly

What We’re Looking For

• Dependable attendance and punctuality

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

• Comfortable standing, lifting, and moving throughout the shift

• Ability to work well with different personalities and as part of a team

• Basic reading and communication skills

• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.

• Frequent standing, walking, reaching, bending, and climbing

• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with seasonal temperatures
