About the Role

We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Saw Operator for a foam manufacturing facility in Indianapolis, IN. This position is responsible for operating saw equipment to cut and shape foam materials according to specifications and production needs.

What You’ll Do

• Operate a CNC machine/saw

• Lift up to 50lbs.

• Accurately measure using a standard tape measure

• Perform additional warehouse duties as needed because employees will be cross-trained

• Learn and understand industry-specific product terminology and inventory processes

• Follow company procedures and accept coaching and constructive feedback

What We’re Looking For

• Previous saw operating experience preferred

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently

• Dependable and flexible in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Strong time management and follow-up abilities

• CNC/CAD operation experience

• Ability to read measurements and follow production specifications

• Ability to stand, lift, bend, and move throughout the entire shift
