Job Title: Bilingual On-Site Team Lead

Pay Rate: $22/hour

Location: Whitestown, IN

About the Role

The On-Site Team Lead serves as the primary on-site leader for Morales Group teammates assigned to a client location. This role is responsible for building strong relationships with both client leadership and Morales Group employees while ensuring operational excellence, workforce engagement, safety compliance, attendance accountability, and productivity goals are consistently achieved.

The On-Site Team Lead provides direct support, coaching, and guidance to teammates while maintaining a strong floor presence and leading day-to-day onsite operations. This role plays a critical part in creating a positive employee experience, improving retention, and ensuring client expectations are exceeded.

What You’ll Do

· Serve as the main onsite contact for teammates and client leadership.

· Maintain a strong floor presence to support operations, productivity, and employee engagement.

· Coach and support teammates on attendance, performance, and workplace expectations.

· Assist with onboarding, orientations, check-ins, and new hire support.

· Address staffing and operational concerns quickly and professionally.

· Build positive relationships with teammates and clients through strong communication and customer service.

· Monitor attendance, productivity, and workforce performance metrics.

· Maintain accurate employee records, compliance documentation, and Bullhorn updates.

· Support payroll processes, timekeeping audits, and reporting requirements.

· Promote workplace safety and complete incident reporting as needed.

· Partner with internal teams to support staffing needs and operational goals.

· Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

· Previous leadership, team lead, warehouse, staffing, or operations experience preferred.

· Bilingual skills are helpful but not required.

· Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

· Ability to lead with professionalism, urgency, and accountability.

· Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

· Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

· Ability to work flexible hours based on client operational needs.

· High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
