Pay Rate: $18.50/hour

About the Role
We’re hiring Light Equipment Operators to support bindery, finishing, and packaging operations in Indianapolis, IN. In this role, you’ll operate, set up, and maintain production equipment while helping ensure daily production goals, quality standards, and safety requirements are met. This is a great opportunity for individuals with manufacturing or machine operation experience who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
Operate offline and auxiliary bindery, finishing, and packaging equipment
Set up and adjust machines and equipment for production runs
Monitor equipment performance during production to ensure quality output
Clean, lubricate, and maintain equipment for optimal operation
Troubleshoot minor machine issues and submit maintenance requests as needed
Perform machine adjustments according to job specifications
Follow production schedules and safety procedures
Assist with training and supporting new team members when needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
What We’re Looking For
Previous manufacturing, production, or machine operator experience preferred
Ability to set up and operate production equipment efficiently
Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Ability to follow written instructions and production requirements
Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to support production schedules and production needs
