Pay Rate: Starting at $18.00/hour

About the Role
We're building a talent pool of qualified Forklift Operators for current and upcoming opportunities throughout the Indianapolis area. By applying, you'll connect with our recruiting team and be considered for a variety of warehouse and distribution positions based on your experience, equipment certifications, and shift availability.
Opportunities may include sit-down forklift, stand-up forklift, reach truck, cherry picker, order picker, electric pallet jack, and material handling roles.
What You'll Do
Responsibilities will vary based on the client and assignment but may include:
Operate forklifts and other powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently
Load and unload trailers
Move, stage, and organize materials throughout the warehouse
Pick and transport products using RF scanners or warehouse management systems
Perform inventory and cycle count activities
Support shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment operations
Conduct equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
What We're Looking For
Previous forklift experience preferred
Ability to safely operate powered industrial equipment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
Experience with RF scanners or warehouse management systems is a plus
Forklift certification may be required depending on assignment
