Job Title: Depot Support Coordinator

Pay Rate: Up to $20.00/hr (DOE)

In this role, you will serve as the communication hub between drivers, carriers, vendors, customers, and depot leadership to help keep daily operations running smoothly and efficiently.

You will be responsible for supporting shipping and receiving activities, tracking loads, coordinating schedules, maintaining records, assisting with administrative tasks, and providing outstanding customer service to visitors and business partners.

What You'll Do:

  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately

  • Maintain shipping and receiving schedules and track loads as needed

  • Communicate load arrivals, departures, and schedule changes to depot leadership

  • Greet customers, visitors, and vendors professionally

  • Manage office files, records, and documentation

  • Process incoming and outgoing mail

  • Assist with time reporting and administrative support tasks

  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and office equipment

  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as needed

  • Perform data entry, document preparation, scanning, filing, and photocopying

  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

  • Support front desk and receptionist functions as needed

What We're Looking For:

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Previous office, administrative, customer service, or logistics experience preferred

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Professional attitude and dependable attendance
