QC/Inspector
Job Title: Quality Inspectors
Pay Rate: $15.50/hour
Location: Indianapolis, IN
About the Role
We’re hiring Quality Inspectors to support manufacturing and warehouse operations by ensuring products meet quality standards before reaching customers. In this role, you’ll perform inspections, sorting, data entry, and quality checks while working closely with production teams to identify and contain quality concerns. This is a great opportunity for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in accuracy.
What You’ll Do
Perform product inspections, sorting, and quality verification activities
Identify and separate non-conforming products or materials
Follow work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures
Use measuring, inspection, and testing equipment as required
Complete data entry and documentation related to inspections
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Participate in required training and continuous improvement initiatives
Work collaboratively with team members and customer representatives
Support production and quality assurance efforts as assigned
What We’re Looking For
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Previous manufacturing, warehouse, inspection, or quality experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Self-motivated and dependable
Flexible and adaptable to changing work environments
Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
