Job Title: Administrative Customer Service Representative

We’re hiring an Administrative Customer Service Representative to support daily office operations in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you’ll assist customers, manage administrative tasks, and help keep office processes running smoothly. What You’ll Do
Make outbound calls and send text messages to customers
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Provide professional customer service and respond to inquiries
Scan, file, and organize documents
Assist with general administrative and clerical duties
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Support office staff with various administrative tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
Previous administrative, customer service, receptionist, or office support experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable communicating with customers by phone and text
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Professional demeanor and positive attitude
Ability to pass required background check and drug screen
Must be authorized to work in the United States
