Job Title: Paper Cutter Operator

Pay Rate: $16.00/hour

Location: Indianapolis, IN

About the Role

We're hiring a Paper Cutter Operator to join our production team in Indianapolis, IN. In this role, you'll operate a large-format paper cutting machine to accurately cut materials according to production specifications while maintaining quality and safety standards. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable with technology, and enjoys working in a manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

• Operate a large-format paper cutting machine safely and efficiently

• Accurately cut paper materials according to production specifications

• Place, pull, stock, move, arrange, and rotate paper stock and materials as needed

• Verify incoming and outgoing materials, quantities, and labeling requirements

• Complete required documentation related to inventory and production processes

• Maintain organization of paper stock, signatures, and materials throughout the facility

• Follow warehouse procedures and safety standards at all times

• Support general production and warehouse operations as needed

What We're Looking For

• English proficiency required

• Computer literate and comfortable learning new technology

• Knowledge of warehouse layouts, item identification codes, and storage procedures preferred

• Ability to accurately complete paperwork and documentation

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment

• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
