Job Title: Customer Operations Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Excel Specialist to join our team in a critical inventory and customer support function. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with large datasets, analyzing information, and maintaining accurate records that directly impact daily operations and customer satisfaction.
In this role, Excel will be your primary tool. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining complex spreadsheets used to track customer inventory, orders, fulfillment activities, and key performance metrics. The successful candidate will have advanced Excel skills and the ability to organize, analyze, and present data in a clear and meaningful way.
Working in a fast-paced logistics and inventory management environment, you will partner with operations and customer service teams to ensure data accuracy, support reporting needs, and provide valuable insights that drive business decisions. Candidates with experience in third-party logistics (3PL), inventory management, supply chain operations, or customer fulfillment environments are strongly encouraged to apply.
What You'll Do:
Manage and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets containing inventory, order, and fulfillment data.
Track customer inventory levels and monitor order activity.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
Create and maintain reports, dashboards, graphs, and charts for internal and customer use.
Utilize advanced Excel functions and formulas to automate and improve reporting processes.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across multiple systems and spreadsheet*
Support operational and customer service teams with reporting and inventory analysis.
Generate recurring and ad hoc reports to support business decisions.
What We're Looking For:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
Strong experience with formulas, functions, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
Ability to manage and organize large datasets efficiently.
Experience creating charts, graphs, and reporting dashboards.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Previous experience in a logistics, supply chain, inventory management, or 3PL environment is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a professional office setting.
