Pay Rate: $18.50/hr

About the Role

We are hiring a Reach Truck Operator (Picker) to support warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe, effective operation, and servicing of mechanical, motorized, and or electrical equipment in the facilities work environment. Including but not limited to forklifts’, dollies’, hand trucks, etc. Responsible for the safe movement of goods to or from various locations. Responsible for a sound knowledge of logistic and supply chain, material management, and distribution/transportation processes and policies to meet the business requirements.

What You’ll Do

• Operate a Reach Truck forklift to transport materials safely and efficiently
• Load and unload shipments from trucks and trailers
• Move materials between storage areas, production lines, and loading docks
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report any issues
• Assist with inventory control and cycle counts
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Support general warehouse tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Previous reach truck forklift experience required
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• English or bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Willingness to cross-train in different areas
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to safety and reliability
