Job Title: Field Technician Installer
Pay Rate: Up to $25.00/hour
Location: Zionsville, IN

We’re hiring Field Technician Installers to join our team in Zionsville, IN. In this role, you’ll install high-quality retractable door and motorized screens at residential and commercial properties throughout Indiana and surrounding areas. What You’ll Do
Install retractable manual door screens and motorized outdoor screens at customer locations
Measure openings, assess installation requirements, and prepare materials before installation
Interact with customers and explain product operation to ensure satisfaction
Troubleshoot, adjust, and perform maintenance on existing screen systems
Safely operate a company vehicle while traveling to job sites
Maintain tools, equipment, and installation inventory
Keep work areas clean and organized throughout each installation
Work closely with team members and other contractors on job sites
What We’re Looking For
Valid U.S. driver's license required
Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Experience using hand and power tools
Basic construction or carpentry experience preferred
Ability to read instructions, diagrams, and technical specifications
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Spanish-speaking candidates are welcome (translation tools may be used as needed)
