Job Title: Quality Technician

Pay Rate: $17/hr

Location: Fortville, IN

About the Role

We’re hiring a Quality Technician to support quality assurance operations in a medical supply manufacturing environment. In this role, you’ll perform product inspections, testing, and documentation to ensure products meet company, customer, and regulatory standards. What You’ll Do

• Verify and approve job set-ups for converting operations

• Conduct in-process inspections and complete rework reporting

• Read and understand traveler requirements

• Perform product testing, including water, air, and burst testing

• Participate in Quality and Safety programs, including 5S and Stop Audits

• Understand documentation and testing requirements for medical device products

• Communicate non-conformances to the appropriate department to initiate corrective action

• Support ISO 13485 and food safety compliance

• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

• Maintain regular attendance and assist with additional duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• Basic math and computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel

• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Flexibility to work varying hours and overtime as needed

• Previous quality or manufacturing experience is a plus

• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM
