Job Title: Bilingual Human Resources Generalist

Pay Rate: $25/hr

Location: Edinburgh, IN

About the Role

We’re hiring a Bilingual Human Resources Generalist to support the HR team at a manufacturing facility in Edinburgh, IN. This role is ideal for someone with previous HR, payroll, and administrative experience who enjoys supporting employees, collaborating with leadership, and helping daily HR operations run smoothly. This is a temporary position with the potential to become permanent.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide HR support to the management team

  • Scan, organize, and maintain electronic employee files

  • Support production employees on the manufacturing floor

  • Coordinate with supervisors regarding staffing needs

  • Serve as the liaison between the company and staffing partners

  • Provide payroll support

  • Complete administrative tasks using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications

  • Assist with additional HR and administrative duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous administrative support experience required

  • Previous human resources support experience required

  • Previous payroll experience required

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel

  • High school diploma required

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities

  • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently

Shift

  • 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

  • Minimal Saturdays as needed
