Job Title: Production Associate
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour

About the Role
We’re hiring Production Associates to support daily operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you’ll help maintain production flow by handling materials, sorting and inspecting products, and preparing materials for shipment. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and enjoys working in a hands-on, team-focused environment.
What You’ll Do
Clear material from flash cutter machines to maintain production flow
Sort, inspect, and label gaskets with a high level of accuracy
Assist with assembling cartons and packaging materials, including box assembly
Maintain cleanliness of the production floor through sweeping, trash removal, and general organization
Support team members across multiple production areas as needed
Monitor workflow and complete assigned tasks efficiently
What We’re Looking For
Ability to take direction and follow established processes
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to lift 50+ lbs. consistently
Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Quick and efficient when handling and sorting materials
Flexible and willing to support multiple areas of the operation
Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred
