Job Title: Forklift Operator
Pay Rate: $20.50/hour
Location: Greenfield, IN

We’re hiring Forklift Operators to support warehouse operations in Greenfield, IN. In this role, you’ll be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products while maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting efficient warehouse operations. What You’ll Do
Receive, transfer, store, and ship products using established warehouse procedures
Load and unload materials while maintaining product accountability
Read, interpret, and complete Warehouse Management System (WMS) documentation
Identify and correct potential process errors before they impact customer orders
Pick, pack, unpack, shrink wrap, and band products for shipment
Prepare receiving, storage, and shipping documentation accurately
Perform inventory counts and assist with maintaining inventory accuracy
Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, stand-up lifts, and cherry pickers as assigned
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all company safety, security, and quality procedures
Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 6 months of warehouse experience required (1 year preferred)
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
Basic math and computer skills
Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
Willingness to work overtime and operate warehouse equipment safely

3rd Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 PM – 4:30 AM
End time may extend to 6:00 AM during peak production
Must be available to work Sunday–Friday as needed, with overtime including Saturdays
