Shift: 2nd Shift

About the Role:
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Plastic Manufacturing Associates to join our team in a fast-paced, 24/7 plastic injection molding manufacturing environment. In this role, you will operate robotic injection molding equipment, inspect products for quality, and ensure parts are packaged according to company standards.

What You’ll Do:
• Operate one to five robotic plastic injection molding machines simultaneously.
• Perform visual inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Package finished products accurately and efficiently.
• Operate auto-load assembly machines.
• Inspect packaging materials and finished products for defects.
• Identify and report quality concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Work efficiently to meet production goals while maintaining high quality standards.
