Job Title: Bilingual Team Lead

Pay Rate: $21.00/hour

Location: Indianapolis, IN 46229

About the Role

We’re hiring Bilingual Manufacturing Team Leads to support production operations in a hands-on manufacturing environment in Indianapolis. In this role, you’ll lead employees on the production floor, coordinate workflow, solve day-to-day issues, and help keep production on schedule. This is a great opportunity for an experienced manufacturing leader or production employee ready to take on additional leadership responsibility.

Bilingual English/Spanish and previous manufacturing experience are required. Previous anodizing or metal finishing experience is a plus, but not required.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and support employees on the production floor

  • Coordinate daily workflow and help keep production on schedule

  • Communicate production expectations, priorities, and updates to team members

  • Monitor productivity, quality, and safety throughout the shift

  • Help resolve day-to-day production and workflow issues

  • Support training and development of production employees

  • Work with leadership to address staffing and production needs

  • Ensure employees follow established safety and production procedures

  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

  • Support continuous improvement and operational goals

What We’re Looking For

  • Bilingual English/Spanish required

  • Previous manufacturing experience required

  • Previous Team Lead, Production Lead, Shift Lead, or similar leadership experience preferred

  • Previous anodizing or metal finishing experience is a plus, but not required

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to lead and motivate a production team

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

  • Strong attention to safety, quality, and productivity

  • Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

  • Willingness to learn specialized manufacturing and metal finishing processes
