Pay Rate: $19.00/hr

About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Associate to support daily operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is critical to maintaining production flow and ensuring materials are handled, sorted, and prepared accurately.
This position is best suited for someone who takes direction well, pays close attention to detail, and is comfortable working in a hands-on, team-oriented setting.
What You’ll Do:
Clear material from flash cutter machines to maintain production flow
Sort, inspect, and label gaskets with a high level of accuracy
Assist with assembling cartons and packaging materials, including box assembly
Maintain cleanliness of the shop floor, including sweeping, trash removal, and general organization
Support team members across different areas as needed
Stay aware of workflow and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time
What We’re Looking For:
Ability to take direction and follow processes closely
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sometimes noisy environment
Quick and efficient when handling and sorting materials
Flexible and willing to support multiple areas of the operation
Previous experience in a fast-paced production or manufacturing environment preferred
