About the Role

 We’re hiring Equipment Operators to join our team in Jeffersonville, IN. In this role, you’ll safely operate warehouse equipment while helping move, stage, and organize materials throughout the facility. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a laid-back work environment, hands-on experience, and the potential to move into a permanent position. 

What You’ll Do

• Operate cherry picker, reach truck, and/or forklift equipment safely and efficiently

• Pick, move, stage, and store materials throughout the warehouse

• Assist with loading and unloading shipments

• Maintain inventory accuracy and follow warehouse procedures

• Perform general warehouse duties as needed

• Follow all safety guidelines and equipment protocols

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience operating warehouse equipment preferred

• Comfortable working at heights while operating a cherry picker

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand or walk for extended periods

• Strong attendance and reliability

• Willingness to learn additional equipment, with training provided
