Job Title: Assembly Operator

Pay Rate: $16.75/hour

Location: Lebanon, IN

About the Role

We’re hiring dependable, safety-focused Assembly Operators to join a fast-paced manufacturing team in Lebanon. This position involves hands-on production and assembly work while following established safety, quality, and production standards. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, good manual dexterity, and the ability to consistently follow instructions. Operators may be cross-trained to perform multiple tasks based on production needs.

What You’ll Do

• Perform assigned assembly and production tasks according to standard work procedures

• Follow all workplace safety procedures and PPE requirements

• Inspect work and report quality, material, equipment, or production concerns

• Work as a multi-skilled operator and assist in different production areas as needed

• Support production with material preparation, pre-folding, cleaning, and other assigned tasks

• Follow the proper escalation process when production or quality issues arise

• Maintain a clean and organized work area according to 5S standards

• Complete required production documentation and reporting

• Participate in safety, quality, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality

What We’re Looking For

• Strong manual dexterity

• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions in English or Spanish

• Ability to read, write, and accurately follow supervisor directions

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Basic understanding of manufacturing safety and hygiene practices

• Dependable attendance and punctuality

• Ability to work effectively as part of a production team

• Willingness to learn multiple tasks and work in different areas as production needs change

• High school diploma or GED required

• Steel toe shoes required

• Hair longer than shoulder length must be tied back

• No jewelry or hanging items permitted

• Hoodies with drawstrings are not permitted on the assembly line

Shift

• 2nd Shift, Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM–2:00 AM

• Mandatory overtime on Fridays
