Position Overview
Morales Group Staffing is looking for motivated General Laborers to join a growing recycling operation in Indianapolis, IN, earning $16.50 per hour.

This is a hands-on, physical position in a recycling environment. Candidates must be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team and, most importantly, must be willing and able to work in all weather conditions.
What You'll Do
As a General Laborer, you will:
Dismantle, disassemble, and sort various scrap materials and components
Manually move materials throughout the facility
Pack and wrap materials by hand
Use basic hand tools including drills, brooms, shovels, and similar equipment
Follow production plans and instructions from supervisors and experienced team members
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Follow all operational, health, and safety procedures
Perform additional duties as assigned by plant leadership
What We're Looking For
Dependable and motivated with an interest in long-term employment
Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently
Able to stand and walk for 8–10 hours per day
Able to kneel, reach overhead, bend, and remain on your feet for extended periods
Comfortable using basic hand tools
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
Willing and able to work in rain, snow, cold, heat, and changing weather conditions
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous warehouse experience preferred
Work Environment
This position works in a recycling facility that is not heated or air-conditioned. Team members will be exposed to outdoor temperatures and changing weather conditions throughout the year.
Candidates should carefully consider whether they are comfortable working in this environment before accepting the position.
Safety & PPE
The worksite provides required PPE, including hard hats, hearing protection, gloves, and additional PPE as needed.
Employees must provide their own steel-toed work boots, which are required at all times while working.
