Job Title: Reach Truck Forklift Operator / Order Picker

Pay Rate: $18.50/hr

Location: Greenwood, IN

About the Role

We’re hiring an experienced Reach Truck Forklift Operator / Order Picker for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Greenwood. This position is ideal for someone who is confident operating powered warehouse equipment in a fast-paced distribution environment. You’ll use a reach truck to pick, move, stage, and transport products throughout the warehouse while maintaining a strong focus on safety and accuracy.

What You’ll Do

  • Operate a reach truck forklift safely and efficiently

  • Pick and move products throughout the warehouse

  • Retrieve and place products in warehouse storage and racking locations

  • Load and unload materials from trucks and trailers

  • Stage products and materials for shipment

  • Move materials between storage areas and loading docks

  • Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns

  • Assist with inventory counts and inventory accuracy

  • Follow all warehouse safety procedures

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

  • Cross-train and assist in other warehouse areas as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous reach truck forklift experience required

  • Comfortable operating a reach truck in a warehouse or distribution environment

  • Previous order picking or material handling experience preferred

  • Ability to safely lift up to 40 lbs.

  • Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and product handling

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

  • Willingness to cross-train in different warehouse functions

  • Dependable attendance and reliable work habits

  • English-speaking or bilingual English/Spanish candidates are welcome
