Schedule: 2nd shift: Monday–Thursday, 2:00 p.m.–12:00 a.m.

About the Role

We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join a manufacturing team in Fortville, IN as 2nd Shift Production Operators. In this role, you will help manufacture and assemble medical supplies while following established quality and safety standards. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a four-day workweek — work Monday through Thursday and enjoy a three-day weekend!

What You’ll Do

Operate machinery and production processes to manufacture quality products

• Assemble components and products according to established specifications

• Test components and finished products to ensure they meet quality requirements

• Inspect work for accuracy and identify potential quality concerns

• Communicate technical problems or questions that arise during the assembly process

• Maintain accurate production records

• Follow established manufacturing procedures

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all safety and regulatory requirements

• Work with the production team to meet daily quality and production goals
