Job Title: Material Handler/ Outbound Department
Pay Rate: $19.50

Position Summary:
The Material Handler – HAI Robotics Scanning & Packing role is responsible for scanning, verifying, and packing items delivered by the HAI Robotics (HAIPICK) system. This position ensures accurate order fulfillment by confirming item details, maintaining quality standards, and preparing completed orders for shipment. The role supports fast and efficient processing within an automated warehouse environment.
What you'll do:
Maintain accurate records
Follow safety guidelines
Keep loading and docking areas clear
Load and unload shipments
Organize inventory
Deliver materials to the right locations
Assist with inventory control by scanning, counting, and tracking items using handheld devices or warehouse management systems (WMS).
Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and coworkers. Conduct regular equipment inspections and report any malfunctions or safety hazards.
Transport materials to designated storage areas, ensuring optimal organization of goods for easy retrieval.
Confer and correspond with management to rectify problems, such as damage, shortages, and nonconformance to storage specifications.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work areas, removing debris and hazardous materials as needed.
Perform other duties assigned.
Dress Code:
Casual apparel that is sensible and durable for warehouse work including: jeans, shorts of modest length, t-shirts + sweatshirts. For safety reasons, only closed-toed and closed-heeled shoes must be worn and should be in good condition. Hooded sweatshirts are allowed but hoods cannot be worn anywhere in the warehouse.
What we're looking for:
High school diploma or GED required.
1+ year of warehouse, packing, or scanning experience preferred.
Experience with RF scanners, WMS systems, or automated robotics preferred but not required.
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work on feet for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when scanning and packing.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment around autonomous robots.
Basic computer and data-entry skills.
