Job Position: Shipping Associate

Location: Plainfield, IN 46168

Pay Rate: $18.50/hr

Shift: 2nd shift

About the Role
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for ensuring materials are received, stored, and shipped accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate is reliable, team-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll do:

• Shipping: Prepare, package, and label outgoing shipments accurately. Ensure shipments are staged and dispatched on time.

• Inventory & Organization: Maintain accurate inventory records. Organize materials in designated warehouse locations.

• Cross-Training: Cross-train in different warehouse departments as needed. Provide support across multiple areas to ensure workflow efficiency.

• Equipment Use: Operate forklifts and other powered industrial trucks (training/certification provided if applicable). Use basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and carts.

• Safety & Housekeeping: Follow all safety guidelines and company policies. Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.

What we’re looking for:

• Complete interview questionaire

• Basic English proficiency (at least 60%)

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, walking, bending)

• Basic reading skills

• Previous shipping/receiving or warehouse experience preferred, but not required

• Sit-down forklift experience required

• Must have consistent attendance and reliable punctuality

• Strong attendance and consistency required

Shift & Schedule
2nd Shift: Monday – Friday
Hours: 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM
