Description: Job Title: Production/Kitting Associate – Backup Lead


About the Role

We're hiring Production/Kitting Associates for a Backup Lead position to support daily production operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. In this role, you'll perform production and kitting duties while assisting the Team Lead with line operations, processes, and associate support. The Backup Lead will step in for the Team Lead when needed to help maintain productivity, quality, and smooth operations.

What You'll Do

Assist the Team Lead with daily production line operations
Learn and understand production processes and Team Lead responsibilities
Provide support and guidance to associates as needed
Fill in for the Team Lead when necessary to ensure continuity of operations
Help maintain productivity, quality, and safety standards on the production line
Assist with kitting, postponement, and labeling
Perform picking and repacking
Support shipping, including small parcel and LTL pallet building
Load and unload materials using a pallet jack
Assist with receiving and stocking
Perform replenishment and component sorting
Communicate processes and expectations to associates as needed
Complete additional production and warehouse duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

Previous warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or production experience preferred
Previous lead, trainer, or leadership experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to provide support and guidance to other associates
Strong attention to detail
Basic English communication skills
Ability to follow directions and production procedures
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to work overtime as needed
Composite toe shoes required
Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
