Pay Rate: $18.50/hour

About the Role
We’re hiring a Machine Operator to join a manufacturing team in Jeffersonville. In this role, you’ll help prepare and operate machinery to produce quality corrugated sheets while monitoring materials, making adjustments, and communicating with team members to keep production running smoothly. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and detail-oriented.
What You’ll Do
Prepare machines and materials to ensure quality corrugated sheets are produced
Make machine adjustments as needed to control warping, delamination, and fractured flute tips
Inspect paper rolls for quality defects and verify that roll width matches the roll tag and production run sheet
Place the correct paper rolls on machine stands
Communicate with dry-end operators about board quality and coordinate with roll clamp drivers to ensure the correct grades, sizes, and lineal footage are available for production orders
Report maintenance issues and equipment defects
What We’re Looking For
Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred
Ability to safely operate machinery and move materials in a manufacturing environment
Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
