Job Title: Team Lead
Pay Rate: $18+/hour
Location: Indianapolis, IN

About the Role
We’re hiring a Team Lead to join our Indianapolis team. In this role, you’ll train and supervise warehouse team members, coordinate tasks, and ensure productivity goals are met. You’ll also handle administrative responsibilities like maintaining records, completing paperwork, and assisting with shift meetings. This position is ideal for someone who leads by example and enjoys motivating others in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Train, cross-train, and supervise warehouse team members

• Coordinate and apportion daily tasks

• Complete paperwork for incoming and outgoing materials

• Use computer systems to enter and maintain accurate records

• Conduct accuracy and quality audits

• Assist with daily shift-start meetings

• Support all job requirements as directed by supervisor or manager

• Resolve day-to-day operational issues and support team success

What We’re Looking For

• Bilingual in English and Spanish

• Previous team lead experience preferred

• Strong computer skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Ability to problem-solve and think critically

Monday–Friday, 4:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with overtime on Saturdays
