Job Title: Equipment Operator
Pay Rate: $22/hour
Location: Greenfield, IN

About the Role

We’re hiring Equipment Operators to join our Greenfield team. In this position, you will operate forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment to support product movement, inventory management, and daily warehouse operations in a safe and efficient environment.

What You’ll Do

• Safely operate forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, and other material handling equipment to move products throughout the warehouse.
• Load and unload delivery trucks while ensuring proper handling and placement of materials.
• Assist with inventory control by scanning, counting, and tracking items using handheld devices or warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Follow all safety procedures, conduct equipment inspections, and report any issues or hazards.
• Transport materials to designated storage areas and maintain organized product flow.
• Collaborate with management to address issues such as damages, shortages, or product discrepancies.
• Maintain clean and organized equipment and work areas.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment including forklifts, reach trucks, and order pickers.
• Valid forklift certification or willingness to complete company-provided training.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and equipment safety.
• Experience using WMS or similar inventory tracking systems.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in task completion.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs as needed.

Shift

1st Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday
Mandatory overtime currently in effect:
Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
